Recap Week 5

This night was quite different than the previous 4 that we played and it was also a strange one. I knew it could be only one thing and sure enough the moon was full. The PED's are finally kicking in for Eric Aronson who shot lights out and more than doubled his quota with 17 points, luckily for him we have done away with drug testing. He easily collects top honors and gets on the money board. McKenna just kept piling up the pars with 9 of them, he could have taken it under, but a 3 putt from 15 feet on 9 foiled that. Fitzpatrick woke up from his coma and had his best round. McNeice likes the heat had a solid round, but could not convert the short birdie putt on 8, it was good enough for closet to the pin. Mercardo and Silvia both had visions of collecting birdie money, but with the heat brings more birdies and they both got knocked out. Ed Finn takes home the birdie pool with both of his birdies holding up and collecting "cha ching" $84. He jumps to the top of the money list at the quarter pole mark of the season.
A note to all members driving through Mansfield. Watch out for Robo Cop and Kojak. Mansfield must be low on funds, they have stopped our fearless leader 4 times in recent months and using the excuse I'm going to be late for my tee time doesn't work.
Sons of bitches.
