We had the lowest attendance of the year, with 10 players AWOL. But we continued our fine play with 25 exceeding quota, 10 hitting their number on the dot, and 15 coming up short.

This week's young standout was rookie Andy Pryles who popped for 16 points, good for +7 and 1st Individual. Chris Sullivan continues his resurgence with an outstanding +6 to take 2nd Individual.

Andy had just enough help from partner Bill McIntyre at +2 to give Pryles/McIntyre a +9 and 1st Team honors. And likewise, Mr. Sullivan was not hurt, with his partner Bill Simmons providing a +1 and they will take 2nd Team at +7.

Top dog Andy Pryles added to his winnings with a tight approach on the 4th to earn CTP honors. (Although he could use some practice on how to fill out the marker.)

There were a modest 10 birdies on the front, and surprisingly five of those will get paid. John MacNeil was all alone in birdieing 2, his partner in crime Joe Curtis followed that with one on 3, Andy converted his six-footer on the 4th, a tough pin on 6 did not deter Chris (Sully) Sullivan from a deuce on 6, Jim (Shanny) Shannon recorded a bird on the 7th.

The 5th hole was cancelled by Hrenko and Dasaro, while 9 had birds by Paone, Wall, and M. Silva. (Knowing that a birdie is seldom good enough for a skin on 9, Mike Silva made a chip-in eagle on 9 in his Wednesday morning group.)

The Back Nine skins pool had 21 entrants with 8 birdie bids finding the hole. But only one was unequaled, that being putting guru Bob Bourne's bird on 10. giving Bob the whole $105 pot. The 12th hole did not survive (Regan, M. Silva) and the 13th was humbled by Mark Nolan, Regan, Lozzi, Svirsky, J. Shannon.

There were many fine scores that will go unrewarded. Leading the list is Bob Loring at +5, followed by Hrenko, Babyak, and Meyer at +4, and +3 was posted by Lozzi, Turchette, Dasaro, Wall, and Moore. Highpointer is Johnny MacNeil with 18.

And finally, SIGLers who occasionally bring a guest, please make sure that your guest's name does not end up on the SIGL sign-in sheet. Although the guest pays for himself at the desk before play, if the clerk puts the guest's name on the SIGL sheet it causes a billing problem and confusion, which has to be straightened out with Easton. Obviously, the desk clerk is getting the name from either you or your guest, so it is up to you the SIGL member to see that your guest's name does not show up on SIGL paperwork.

   See you next Tuesday.

                WHAT'S YOUR GUEST'S NAME?

I REFUSE TO ANSWER THAT ON THE
GROUNDS THAT YOU MIGHT FUCK IT UP
