I've chiseled myself out of my Igloo and I'm back for another year of chasing that little white ball around with my hacking utensils.
I'd like to welcome all the new members into the league, some I have met and the others I'll catch up with in the weeks to come.
Week 1 got off to a slow start as most of us did not make our quotas. I have adjusted almost the entire league down 2 quota points.
The birdie pool as of now has a weekly prize money of $44. Frank Larosa has not caught up with everyone yet so there could be more in the weeks to follow.
One of our new members must not have read the newsletter right. He thought it would be better to get 0 points. I think you should on head down to Joe & Leighs for some new equipment.
The round of the week goes to Jerry Berke as he collects on individual and team honors to kick start his season. Rick Walsh sank a bomb for his bird on nine to salvage his round and jump to the top of the money board.
